Traditionally, searching for the right tile design to suit your needs has meant choosing from a limited number of 'off the rack' patterns, and trying to find one that you are happy with. Often this results in having to compromise exactly what you want for what is available. For example you may find a pattern you like but in a colour you don't. Now, with our tile printing service, you no longer need to compromise. Not only can you design your own pattern, and choose exactly the colours you want, you can even reproduce photos, logos, artwork, abstract designs, in fact any image. You choose the size of the area you would like to cover. For example you may decide to have an image cover just three or four small tiles to provide a feature point, or choose to enlarge the image to cover an entire wall to make a huge and memorable impact. Print on individual tiles and use them as one off or accent tiles, or spread the image over a large number of tiles to create a 'tile mural' effect.
One particular facet of our tiles that constantly surprises and impresses our customers is the clarity of the images produced. We use a printing technique that prints at a standard of 300dpi (dots per inch), the same resolution that photo labs use to print your photos. This results in detail that is truly impressive. Printed tiles have some major advantages over other printed media, the greatest of which would have to be their versatile and hardwearing nature. Where as high humidity, heat and moisture can make short work of photos, paintings, drawings and the like, ceramic tiles have no such issues. Use them in bathrooms, kitchens, spa and pool areas, restaurants etc, and never have to worry about them suffering through getting hot or wet. Our tile printing service uses a specialised dye and heat printing system that returns true, vibrant colours on high quality, easily cleaned, ceramic tiles. This method means that your chosen image actually becomes part of the tile and can look as good in twenty years as it does the day you bring it home.
