How to Order
Unlike 'off the shelf' products, there
are steps involved in producing any custom made item. We will work with you
wherever needed to ensure that your finished product helps you achieve your
design goals.

Your tile arrive!
Below you will find details on each of
these steps. Feel free to contact us with your idea and we can take you
through the process step by step, we are always more than happy to help.
Step 1
- Choose your image
Once you have chosen which area you would like to tile, the first step is to
pick an image/design that you like. Use
your own image, choose from one
in our
gallery, or you
might like to browse the millions of images available on our suggested
stock photo sites.
Step 2 - Choose your
tiles
Decide what type and size of tile is best for you. We
have four tile types available:
Economy Gloss
Our most economical tile. Recommended purely for
display purposes.
Premium
Gloss
 High quality and high gloss. Much more resilient than the
economy gloss, it returns beautiful colour reproduction and
resolution.
Premium
Satin
The top of the range tile. It has a semi-gloss (pearl) finish. Very
hardwearing, this tile offers the best image reproduction and UV
resistance or our ceramic range. Ideal for areas that require frequent cleaning.
Vibrant colour and crisp detail.
Textured Glass
 The
most versatile off all our tiles. The image is printed on the base of the
tile and protected by the glass. Can be used for counter top and flooring
applications, as well as backlit walls and swimming pools.

Step 3 -

to start your order (please include the
size of the area you would like tiled
and your postcode so we can work out an exact quote for you including shipping.
We will send you a mock-up of how the finished
product will look; this is where any necessary fine tuning takes place.
Step
4 - Payment
When you are completely happy and ready to proceed, payment can be made via
PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit or Cheque.
Step 5
- Your tiles arrive!
We will then commence work on your order and contact you again when it
is ready to be delivered. Ninety percent of all orders are shipped
within 10 business days. If you require your order in a shorter time
span let us know and we will try our best to help.
